VGC Order Sync

One dashboard for every store you run

VGC Order Sync brings the orders, shipping, storefront traffic and Google Ads results of all your Shopify and WooCommerce stores into one place, so a store owner with several shops reads one screen instead of many.

What it does

• Orders in one place. Orders from each connected store appear as they are placed, paid, updated or cancelled, next to your other stores.
• Tracking numbers. Add a tracking number to an order in VGC; it is written to the order in Shopify, the order is marked as fulfilled, and Shopify sends its own shipping notification.
• Today's storefront traffic. Visitors, page views, add-to-carts and checkouts, counted by a Shopify web pixel that respects the store's customer privacy settings.
• Google Ads at a glance. Connect the Google account that runs a store's ads: VGC shows each running campaign's budget, spend, clicks and conversions beside the store's own orders. It only reads.

How to get started

1. Install VGC Order Sync from the Shopify App Store. The app is free.
2. Open the app in your Shopify admin and choose Link to VGC.
3. Sign in to VGC and confirm. Orders and traffic start showing straight away.
4. Optional: on the Google Ads page, connect the store's Google account and choose its Google Ads account to see its spend.

Why VGC asks for access to your Google account

Connecting Google is optional, and each merchant does it for their own store. On Google's consent screen VGC asks for the one permission below, and for the account's email address so you can see which account is connected. It asks for nothing else, and writes nothing to Google.

  To list the Google Ads accounts your login can reach so you can pick the store's account, and to read that account's running campaigns and ads with their budget, status, spend, clicks and conversions, which VGC shows you in the dashboard and in the read-only VGC Ads Viewer browser extension.

What VGC reads from Google is shown only to you and the people you invited to your VGC account. It is never sold, never used for VGC's own advertising and never shared with other merchants. VGC's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
